Investigating your incoming utility bills will ensure that you will no longer pay for energy you have not used. But what about all the bills that you have already paid?

UPL can investigate utility bills up to three years old. We will request any missing information – including bills which have been paid and are correct – so that we have every utility bills and can build a concise picture of your utility history.

After carefully checking all utility bills we will evaluate the data and where viable claim refunds on all overpayments. We provide full reporting and analysis of our progress and will investigate all historic bills as if they were newly posted.
