Our experienced wayleave officers liaised with land agents and solicitors to negotiate contract terms to protect Virgin’s legal position in stand-alone contracts, tri-partite agreements and multi-party consents.
Virgin wanted continuous remote access to issue instructions, track case progress and run milestone reports, along with an option to electronically legally store and retrieve documents. UPL were able to offer this service using our bespoke web-enabled open-management system specifically written to process information and manage Virgin’s instructions.
