Bill Validation Co-ordinator

The role:

Working as part of an established team you will assist with the delivery of an invoice processing and issue resolution services for clients as part of an overall utility and energy management service.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide an efficient invoice processing service to demanding deadlines
  • Resolve issues arising from the invoice processing service
  • Establish good working relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers
  • Maintain and develop relevant project databases
  • Maintain departmental administrative compliance with requirements ISO9000:2000 quality management system
  • Support new business development activity as required
  • Maintain an awareness of developments within the energy/utilities marketplace
  • Carry out all necessary administrative duties as required
  • Any other duties as required by the Utilities Portfolio Manager

The right candidate:

Your key skills will include:

  • Be able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical ability (GCSE Maths grade C or above or equivalent)
  • IT literate
  • Adept at identifying and solving problems using own initiative
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail

Salary: £14k per annum depending on experience
Grade 1 / Levels 1 - 14
