We will endeavour to provide additional training appropriate to your chosen field – this might be on the job training, mentoring from our senior engineers, focused training courses or further professional development.
As a new recruit you will be assigned an experienced line manager who will help to tailor your day-to-day work and review your development on a regular basis, with support and mentoring to ensure you achieve your goals. We strive to ensure that all of our graduates are given sufficient opportunities for self-development, and actively encourage staff to take on new roles and responsibilities within our growing business.
