Established for well over a decade, UPL was formed in direct response to the de-regulation of the utility industry and the ensuing confusion for utility customers.

We provide a clear route through the complex utility maze, from ensuring timely utility project delivery through to energy management solutions. Our aim is to create value for our clients by generating savings well in excess of any fees. UPL is now the UK's only utility infrastructure and energy management company which provides its clients with a complete end-to-end utility service - from disconnections and connections to existing and new sites, right the way through to lowering your energy bills and reducing your carbon footprint. Our accreditation as a Meter Operator (MOP) and Non Half-Hourly Data Collector/Data Aggregator (NHHDC/DA) allows us to offer a complete and independent metering and data service.
